Role Overview: As a Customer Support Executive (International Process), you will handle voice and non-voice interactions with international customers, assisting them with queries, account support, and issue resolution. Representing international brands, you will contribute to improving customer experience while developing professional skills that can lead to opportunities in multinational corporations and global career paths. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound & outbound calls, chat, and email support for international clients. - Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries. - Maintain customer records and process data in CRM tools. - Achieve performance metrics related to quality and efficiency. - Collaborate with teams for seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Qualification Required: - Education: 10+2, Diploma, Graduate (any field). - Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply. - Skills Required: - Excellent spoken & written English communication. - Good listening, comprehension, and empathy skills. - Comfortable working in night shift. - Must be willing to relocate to Jaipur (Relocation bonus available).
