Role Overview: As the Benefits Program Manager, your primary responsibility will be to administer and manage global benefits programs such as health, wellness, and other employee perks. You will also be involved in monitoring benefit plan performance and providing data-driven improvement recommendations. It will be essential for you to keep abreast of global benefits trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance across various countries.
