Global Bank Loans Onboarding

Role Overview: You will be joining the Global Bank Loans team at JPMorgan as an Associate I, where your primary focus will be on the onboarding of new bank loans for global traditional fund services. Your role will involve collecting necessary data, establishing accounts, loading positions, and reconciling day one positions to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you will be responsible for communication and process ownership to ensure timely completion of onboardings. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for projects, managing end-to-end onboarding activities and communications with fund managers. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the bank loan model and present it to clients and fund managers. - Process trade, lifecycle, and settlement activities for various bank loan types. - Monitor, track, and complete JIRAs on a daily basis. - Utilize multi-source reconciliation models to investigate and resolve differences during Production Parallel stages. Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess relevant work experience. - Demonstrate a self-starting ability with a strong entrepreneurial attitude. - Exhibit proficiency in English communication. - Operate effectively in a global and matrix-managed organization. - Possess strong technical skills, including knowledge of accounting principles. - Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and counterparties. - Be willing to work EMEA shifts and flexible with working hours.,
