Global Advanced Program Procurement Leader

Key Responsibilities: - Deliver strategies and competitive costed BOMs for each customer quote round in one of the following global Product Lines: Displays, Clusters & 2WH, CDC, Infotainment & HPC, Electrification - Lead program procurement pursuit team to develop complete costed BOM for all global quotes within the Product Line - Engage with strategic suppliers of key BOM components within the quote - Lead procurement strategies including make/buy, localization, and vertical integration for optimal costed BOM - Represent Procurement in Executive Gate Reviews for quote submission approvals - Work closely with Product Line & Sales leadership to determine clear should-cost and customer targets - Support cross-functional discussions to align on gaps to should-cost and derive aligned cBOM tasks - Drive costed BOM quote maturity and consistency across regions and customers - Engage Product Line on product architecture and Category strategies - Ensure Product Line design for sourcing compliance using preferred supplier parts Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's preferred, Electrical Engineering preferred - 15-20 years of experience in international business environment, procurement/purchasing, or engineering leadership - Strong knowledge of supply base and costing of various commodities - Ability to lead cross-functional teams, present sourcing strategy, and conduct risk assessments - Effective negotiation skills, value chain analysis, presentation skills, and communication skills - Ability to balance risk and achieve lowest material cost within tight deadlines,
