Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate allocation of direct costs, shared costs, and overheads to individual

centers.

Monitor and track center-level expenses, ensuring timely closure of costs across

overhead categories.

Maintain and update monthly accrual schedules at the Fitness Services level.
Collaborate with the Facilities team to validate actuals and provisions for major center

overheads.

Compare actuals against Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for key expenses and report

variances.

Provide monthly insights and dashboards on key cost metrics and trends.
Assist in payback period analysis at the individual center level.
Support internal and external audit processes by furnishing accurate center-wise

financial data.

Ensure timely and accurate closure of financial books in line with reporting timelines.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of accounting principles, P&L management, and cost allocation

methodologies.

Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting systems such as Tally or other

ERPs.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
