Job Description

We are looking for a

GitHub Enterprise Cloud Expert

to manage and administer our company s cloud-hosted GitHub Enterprise environment. As the primary owner of our cloud-based development and collaboration platform, you will ensure its smooth, secure, and efficient operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cloud-based systems administration, proven GitHub Enterprise expertise, and the ability to develop scripts, automate processes, and work with complex cloud infrastructure. You should be adaptable, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage cloud-hosted GitHub Enterprise environment.
Ensure platform stability, security, and optimal performance.
Develop and maintain scripts and automation workflows to improve efficiency.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
Define, update, and enforce security policies and best practices.
Track and analyze user activity, repository usage, and data consumption.
Provide technical guidance, training, and support to developers and stakeholders.
Research and recommend innovative tools, methods, and technologies.
Stay current with cloud computing trends, GitHub enhancements, and industry best practices.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience managing
GitHub Enterprise Cloud
environments.
Strong understanding of
cloud infrastructure and systems administration
.
Proficiency in
scripting and automation
(Python, Shell, PowerShell, or similar).
Knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines
and DevOps workflows.
Experience with
cloud security principles
and compliance.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving technologies.
Excellent communication and documentation skills
