Your Role 
  • Define best practices , governance models , and usage guidelines for GitHub Copilot.
  • Conduct workshops , training sessions , and hands-on demos to upskill teams.
  • Stay updated on Copilot features , capabilities, and limitations.
  • Evaluate and recommend extensions , plugins , and integrations to improve developer experience.
  • Mentor developers on effective collaboration with AI tools like GitHub Copilot.

    Your Profile 
  •  12+ years in software development with expertise in Java, PHP, Python, or ABAP .
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and deep understanding of its capabilities.
  • Proven leadership in development teams and technical initiatives.
  • Experience with GitHub Enterprise , GitHub Actions , and GitHub Advanced Security .
  • Exposure to other AI coding assistants (e.g., Amazon CodeWhisperer ).
  • Experience in setting up internal developer platforms or developer experience initiatives .
