Job Description

Innpact Solutions, in partnership with our client in Riyadh, is hiring an experienced GIS Data Architect to support a flagship smart city transformation initiative. This is a 2-year full-time consultancy position (extendable based on performance), with deployment based in Riyadh, KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect city-scale spatial data infrastructure using ESRI technologies (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, Online, Hub)
Develop spatial data models and governance frameworks
Integrate ArcGIS with IoT platforms, smart city data hubs, and enterprise systems
Lead cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) and enable open data access
Support digital twins, urban analytics, and operational dashboards

Required Skills:

8+ years in GIS architecture with strong command of the Esri ecosystem
Proficient in Python (ArcPy), geospatial databases (PostGIS, Oracle), ArcGIS Server services
Experience with urban mobility, infrastructure, and environment-focused GIS
Excellent communication skills; Arabic language is a plus

Bonus

Esri certifications
Experience in 3D GIS, city modeling, Digital Twins
