Responsibilities Deliver virtual training sessions focused on AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva), digital marketing, online business platforms, and productivity tools. Provide personalized coaching to selected participants, supporting digital strategy development. Collaborate with content and LMS teams to develop and improve training materials. Optionally participate in a 2–3 day in-person workshop in Ghana (expenses covered). Track learner engagement, provide feedback, and contribute to project reports. Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in digital transformation, ICT training, AI-based tools, or entrepreneurship development. Strong facilitation skills in virtual settings; familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms. Experience working with startups, women entrepreneurs, or development-focused training programs.
