The Girls Hostel Warden will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring a safe and conducive living environment for residents. Responsibilities include managing resident welfare, upholding discipline, handling grievances, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, coordinating activities, and maintaining records. Additionally, the Warden will provide support in case of emergencies and collaborate with other staff members to enhance residents' overall experience. Qualifications Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and administrative abilities Experience in facility management and disciplinary procedures Ability to handle emergencies and provide conflict resolution Good communication and counseling skills Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance Experience working with adolescents or young adults is beneficial Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Show more Show less
