We are looking for a creative and customer-friendly Gift Designer to join our vibrant team at our Kadavanthra office. Job Role: As a Gift Designer at Angroos you will not only design stunning gift hampers but also play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This includes managing personalized gift requirements and handling inquiries received through our social media and WhatsApp platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design and arrange theme-based gift hampers with attention to aesthetics Handle customized gift requests for individuals and corporate clients Manage customer queries and orders via WhatsApp and Instagram Coordinate with the sourcing and packaging teams for smooth execution Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a friendly attitude Stay up to date with seasonal gifting trends and design innovations What We Are Looking For: Creative mindset with a keen eye for presentation Positive friendly and solution-oriented attitude Good communication skills in Malayalam and English Basic knowledge of social media and customer chat handling Prior experience in gifting retail or design is an added advantage Work Timing: Two rotational shifts 9 AM to 6 PM 11 AM to 8 PM Job Type: Full-time On-site Location: Angroos Office Kadavanthra Kochi How to Apply: Email: info@angroos.com WhatsApp: 8089757187 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 02/06/2025
