We are looking for a creative and dedicated Hamper Designer to join our team. Job Responsibilities Design and assemble attractive gift hampers as per customer preferences and brand standards. Interact with customers online and offline, assisting them with their gifting needs. Respond to inquiries and messages on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms in a professional and timely manner. Ensure the quality, packaging, and presentation of hampers meet high standards. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and product offerings. Required Skills and Qualities Strong creativity and attention to detail in designing hampers. Excellent customer service skills, with a polite and professional approach. Good knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under deadlines. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Strong time management and organizational skills. Passion for gifting and dedication to maintaining quality standards.
