Position: GTE / Junior Program Engineer

Purpose of the Role:

The Junior Program Engineer (GTE) will support the Program Management team in planning, coordinating,

and executing technology-driven projects from concept to delivery. The role requires a blend of technical

understanding, commercial acumen, and strong coordination skills to ensure timely and efficient project

execution, particularly in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

1 Project Planning Proactively anticipate project needs, risks, and timelines.

Assist in developing detailed project plans, including

milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.

Identify and recommend required skill sets for project teams.

2 Project Coordination

Vendor Communication

Serve as a key point of contact for vendor coordination.

Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with

vendors.

Must be fluent in English (verbal and written) with excellent

interpersonal and negotiation skills.

3 Techno-Commercial

Proposal Development

Prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals.

Demonstrate enthusiasm for technology and innovation.

Be creative and solution-oriented in approach.

Proficient in MS Office suite advanced skills in PowerPoint

(for presentations), Word (for documentation), and Excel (for

data analysis and costing).

4 General Attributes Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal

supervision.

Obedient to processes and organizational guidelines.

Positive attitude, team player, and adaptable to dynamic

project environments.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (or related field).

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of electronics systems, R&D processes, and product development lifecycle.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Jira, or similar) is a

plus.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Experience:

02 years of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply).

Internship or academic project experience in engineering or program coordination will be an

advantage.
