GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee)

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Graduate Engineer Trainees (G.E.T.s) to join our team. The selected candidates will undergo training across various departments to gain practical experience, understand organizational operations, and contribute to engineering activities. This role is ideal for recent engineering graduates eager to start their careers and grow within a professional industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support senior engineers in day-to-day technical tasks.

Participate in on-the-job training and shadow experienced professionals.

Maintain project documentation and prepare technical reports.

Learn company standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Perform field/site inspections under supervision (if applicable).

Participate in regular review meetings and report progress.

Eligibility Criteria:

B.E. / B.Tech. in [Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Electronics /Mineral Engineering, etc.]

0–1 year of relevant experience (Freshers can apply)

Good academic record and basic technical knowledge

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to work in shifts or different locations (if required)

Additional Information:

Training Duration: 6 to 12 months (depending on the department)

Employment Type: Full-time, with possibility of permanent placement post-training
