Job Summary:

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the commercial and technical aspects of industrial purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in
procurement of engineering materials
, mechanical and electrical components, tools, and consumables.
Support the
vendor development process
, including obtaining quotations, evaluating suppliers, and comparing techno-commercial offers.
Coordinate with
production, maintenance, and stores
teams to understand material requirements.
Help in
preparing purchase orders
, tracking deliveries, and maintaining purchase records in ERP systems.
Participate in
price negotiation
and cost-saving initiatives under guidance of senior executives.
Ensure timely availability of materials and compliance with
quality and safety standards
.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow
ISO / audit
requirements.
Support continuous improvement projects in the procurement process.

Required Qualifications:

B.Tech / B.E. in
Mechanical
or
Electrical Engineering
(2024 / 2025 /2026 batch preferred).
Basic understanding of manufacturing materials, mechanical/electrical components, and industrial processes.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and exposure to ERP/SAP will be an advantage.
Willingness to learn commercial processes and coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Employment Type:

Full-Time / Trainee (1-year training period)

Stipend / CTC:

15,000/- per month

Career Path:

Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates may be absorbed into the Purchase team based on performance.
