About the Role

German Language Trainer

Key Responsibilities

Teach German language from beginner (A1) to advanced (B2) levels.
Develop and deliver lesson plans, course materials, and assessments.
Focus on all aspects of language learning – reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Prepare students for international language proficiency exams (e.g., Goethe, TestDaF).
Track and assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide extra support to weaker students.
Ensure interactive and engaging classroom/online sessions using audio-visual aids.
Stay updated with latest teaching methodologies and tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in German Language, Linguistics, or related field.
Certification in German Language (minimum
B2 level or higher
, preferably C1/C2 from Goethe-Institut or equivalent).
Proven teaching/training experience in German language (academic or corporate).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle both classroom and online teaching platforms.
Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching languages.

Preferred Skills

Experience in preparing students for German proficiency exams.
Knowledge of German culture and work/study requirements in Germany.
