Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or chats in German language.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to software products and services.
  • Troubleshoot issues with software applications and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (Technical Support/Technical Voice Process).
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding German language (C1 level).
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized university in Any Specialization.
