German Language Associate – Internship-to-Hire

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Undergo Internal TrainingActively participate in company-provided training programs to improve German language teaching skills and familiarize with internal systems.2. Assist with Content PreparationSupport the development of lesson plans, teaching aids, and other academic resources in German.Review and proofread learning materials for accuracy.3. Conduct German Language Classes(online and offline) Deliver interactive and engaging lessons for students according to their proficiency levels.Adapt teaching methods to suit learner needs and encourage active participation.4. Organize and Facilitate ActivitiesPlan cultural events, language games, and interactive sessions to enhance the learning experience.Promote German culture and encourage practical language usage.5. Administer and Evaluate ExamsPrepare, conduct, and grade assessments in accordance with course objectives.Provide constructive feedback to students to support their progress.

Desired Qualifications

• German language proficiency: Minimum A2 level (Goethe, TELC, or equivalent certification preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
• Ability to work full-time (8 hours/day) and manage classroom activities effectively.
  

Internship Details

• Duration: 3–6 months
• Work Hours: Full-time, 8 hours/day
• Compensation: Paid internship (amount to be specified)
• Path to Employment: Successful interns may be offered a permanent role as a German Language Trainer based on performance.
