German Academics Coordinator

• Collaborate with the Academic Team and trainers to compile details of students who have completed their programs and oversee the design and email distribution of certificates.
• Collect and evaluate student feedback on classes and trainers, ensuring timely implementation of improvements and corrective measures.
• Regularly monitor ongoing batches to maintain academic quality, consistency, and adherence to standards.
• Ensure trainers accurately and promptly update attendance records, mark lists, syllabus sheets, and other academic documentation.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new trainers, covering Zoom operations, program methodologies, and documentation processes (attendance, mark lists, syllabus sheets, etc.).
• Provide additional academic or methodological training to both new and existing trainers (A1–B2 levels) as and when required.
• Coordinate with team members to update and refine teaching materials and syllabus, ensuring smooth circulation among trainers without disrupting ongoing classes.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Department Head aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of the Academic Department.
• Any Degree with German Language is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
