Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

Manage and oversee daily operations of the genetic laboratory.
Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of testing and analysis.
Supervise and train staff members on various aspects of genetics and molecular biology.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Stay updated with the latest developments in genetics and molecular biology.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

Master's degree in Genetics, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a genetic laboratory setting.
Strong knowledge of genetics, molecular biology, and related techniques.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
