Genesys Developer

You are invited to apply for the position of Genesys Developer with our esteemed organization located in Gurugram. As a Genesys Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building Genesys Cloud architect flows across Voice, Email, and Messaging channels. With a minimum of 9 years of experience, you must possess the following mandatory skills: - Genesys Cloud Professional Certification (GCP). - At least one Genesys Cloud Specialist Certification (GCS) in areas such as Architect, Quality Management, Workforce Engagement, AI, and Bots. - Genesys Cloud Developer Certification (GCD). - Extensive experience in developing APIs for seamless integration of third-party tools and services. - Proficiency in REST API / Web services. - In-depth knowledge of IP Telephony, including Genesys Cloud Edge Devices and SIP Trunking. - Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including analyzing SIP traces. - Familiarity with Terraform and Genesys CX as Code. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines like Azure DevOps. - Hands-on experience with omnichannel contact center solutions. - Understanding of AI and automation capabilities within Genesys Cloud. - Proficiency in integrating Genesys with various systems. - Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security best practices. - Strong communication and influencing skills to effectively convey ideas to peers, seniors, and management. - Ability to transfer knowledge to team members through mentoring and coaching. Additionally, the following preferred skills are advantageous: - Experience with other Contact Center Platforms.
