Job Title: Genesys Cloud CX Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud CX Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom applications and integrations within the Genesys Cloud CX ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging APIs, SDKs, and automation tools to enhance contact center capabilities and deliver tailored customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and integrations within the Genesys Cloud CX environment.
• Work with APIs, SDKs, and automation tools to extend and optimize contact center functionalities.
• Develop custom IVR, chatbot, and agent workflow scripts aligned with business needs.
• Integrate third-party applications with the Genesys platform to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Explore and implement innovative Genesys features, such as using SDKs for reporting instead of A3S to optimize cost.
• Research and experiment with Genesys Voice Bot and Genesys Virtual Agent (Gen AI capabilities) to deliver next-generation customer experiences.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Genesys platform development, including Genesys Cloud CX.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, RESTful APIs, and event-driven frameworks.
• Experience with custom application development and integration of third-party tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to innovate and explore new approaches.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
