Genesys Cloud Developer Voice & Outbound

Location: Bangalore (Must)

Experience Required: 45 years hands-on in Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Genesys Cloud Developer with deep expertise in voice routing, Conversation IVRs, bot flows, and outbound dialer implementations. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in Terraform, CI/CD, GitHub-based automation, and Salesforce (SF) integrations via Genesys Cloud APIs.

You will be part of an Agile (SAFe) delivery team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable voice and digital interaction solutions using Genesys Cloud CX, contributing to high-availability enterprise contact center platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and develop Genesys Cloud CX voice applications, including Conversation IVRs, bot flows, and inbound/outbound call routing.
  • Develop voice bot and digital flows with call deflection, NLP integration, and callback orchestration.
  • Build and optimize Outbound Dialer campaigns, schedules, retries, and wrap-up configurations.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce (SF) integrations through Genesys Data Actions and REST APIs.
  • Use Terraform for managing Genesys Cloud infrastructure as code for consistent deployments.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines for automated flow deployment, configuration updates, and integration testing.
  • Use GitHub and VS Code to version-control Architect flows, data actions, and Terraform scripts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, architects, testers) to deliver robust, maintainable solutions.
  • Support production issues (L3), perform root cause analysis, and document all development work.

Required Skills & Experience

Genesys Cloud Expertise

  • 45 years of hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud CX, focusing on voice, Conversation IVR, and outbound capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of Architect call flows, IVR logic, bot flows, and queue routing.
  • Knowledge of SIP, Edge configuration, WebRTC, and telephony troubleshooting.
  • Ability to configure queues, divisions, roles, skills, and perform environment-level maintenance.

Integration & DevOps Proficiency

  • Proven experience in Salesforce (SF) integration using Genesys Data Actions and APIs.
  • Hands-on with Terraform, CI/CD, and GitHub workflows for automated infrastructure and configuration management.
  • Proficiency with JSON templates, API exports/imports, and automation pipelines.
