Job Title: Generative Content Specialist Location: Mumbai Type: Full-Time Experience: 2+ year Please share work sample better understanding and reference About the Role We’re looking for a Generative Content Specialist who can work at the intersection of storytelling, design, and AI. You’ll use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and ElevenLabs to prototype ideas, generate assets, and bring creative thinking to life—faster and smarter. This is not a role for AI prompt copy-pasters. We want a thinker, a maker, and someone with taste. What You’ll Do Create first-draft content across copy, design, video, using generative AI tools Collaborate with writers, designers, and strategists to elevate campaign concepts Use AI to rapidly mock up pitch decks, reels, brand visuals, and content ideas Refine prompts and outputs to meet creative briefs, not generic sludge Maintain a library of prompts, workflows, and toolkits across formats Support internal IP development and fast-turnaround projects Tools You’ll Use Text: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini Design: Midjourney, Firefly, Canva Video/Audio: Runway, ElevenLabs, Veed, Notta (Bonus: Descript, Figma, or any others you bring to the table) What We’re Looking For 2+ years in content, copy, design, or digital creative roles Strong portfolio that shows taste, originality, and multi-format skills Demonstrated use of generative AI tools in past work Excellent eye for tone, brand voice, layout, and visual style Ability to experiment fast but edit with intent Optional but great to have: motion design, video editing, automation hacks.
