Description

We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Lead with 7+ years of overall experience to design, build, and lead end-to-end GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will drive AI strategy, mentor teams, and deliver scalable AI-powered applications using LLMs and modern ML frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI / LLM-based solutions
  • Architect end-to-end AI systems including data pipelines, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment
  • Work with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Gemini, etc.) for text, chat, summarization, and code generation
  • Implement Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, and embeddings
  • Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
  • Mentor and guide junior ML/AI engineers
  • Ensure best practices in model evaluation, performance optimization, security, and compliance
  • Drive innovation by evaluating new GenAI tools, frameworks, and techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in AI/ML / Data Science / Software Engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience with ML frameworks : PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face
  • Strong knowledge of NLP concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain / LlamaIndex
  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate)
  • Experience deploying models on AWS / Azure / GCP
  • Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring
  • Experience working with APIs, microservices, and scalable systems

Good To Have

  • Experience with fine-tuning LLMs
  • Knowledge of GenAI security, guardrails, and responsible AI
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker
  • Exposure to multimodal models (text, image, audio)
