Generative AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, your responsibilities include leading the design, architecture, and development of Gen AI applications using cloud technologies. You will collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and end-users to define application requirements, user experiences, and technical specifications. Your role involves driving technical excellence, code quality, and best practices within the team, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen AI, cloud technologies, and software engineering trends, and ensuring seamless deployment, scaling, and operation of applications in cloud environments. You will actively participate in code reviews, lead performance optimization efforts, address technical challenges, and contribute to the creation of technical documentation. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in architecting and developing software applications, preferably chatbots, information retrieval, and enterprise search applications. Experience with extracting and organizing information from unstructured documents and structured datasets, working on information retrieval applications based on natural language queries, and knowledge or experience working with vector databases is required. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, understanding of LLM's and prompt engineering, experience with deploying Gen AI applications on the cloud using CI/CD tools, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think critically and analytically are essential. You should also possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,
