About the Role

Generative AI Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom GenAI applications using LLM models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini).
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific business use cases.
• Build and integrate APIs for GenAI services into web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into GenAI-powered features.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies to enhance model performance and reliability.
• Evaluate and integrate open-source and commercial GenAI tools and frameworks.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and model safety in all deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in

  Python

  (preferred), JavaScript, or other relevant languages.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms such as

  OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI

  .
• Familiarity with

  LLM APIs, embeddings, and vector databases

  (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Experience with

  prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

  .
• Solid knowledge of

  NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures

  .
• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, GCP) and

  containerization

  (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
