Generative AI Engineer (RAG/NLP Specialist)Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize

  Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

   applications with a strong focus on

  performance optimization

  .
• Develop and maintain

  data pipelines

   including data cleaning, embeddings, vector stores, and generation, while tracking and improving relevant performance metrics.
• Leverage

  Python (NLP libraries)

  ,

  LangChain

  , and

  FastAPI

   to build scalable and production-ready AI solutions.
• Apply

  prompt engineering

   techniques to improve accuracy and efficiency of generative AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.
• Document processes clearly and present solutions in a concise and understandable manner.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum

  6 years of software engineering experience

  , with at least

  34 enterprise-level RAG implementations

  .
• Excellent understanding of

  Python

  , especially with NLP/LLM libraries.
• Hands-on expertise in

  LangChain

   and

  FastAPI

  .
• Proven experience with

  AWS services

  : S3, Lambda, API Gateway.
• Strong expertise in

  prompt engineering

   for generative AI solutions.
• Solid understanding of

  NLP/NLU concepts

   and generative AI models.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with

  MCP framework

  .
• Familiarity with advanced metrics and evaluation methods for LLM/RAG performance.
