Generative Ai Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Years of experience using Python and AI and Generative AI development
• Knowledge in any of the below Generative AI Technologies:
• AWS - Bedrock, Sage Maker, App Studio
• Google Vertex AI, GenAI App Builder, Gemini etc
• Azure Open AI Service, AI Cloud Foundry, AI Studio, Machine Learning
• Experience with any one Cloud Platforms (AWS, Google, Azure)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Pandas etc)
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch etc)
• Python Programming
• Prompting Techniques
• Integrating AI models into applications via APIs
• Understanding of AI Design patterns (RAG, Orchestration patterns, Event Driven)
• Guardrails & Safety implementation
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, statistical modelling, data visualization, experience with large datasets
• AI Agents/Agentic AI
• AI Cost and Performance optimization

Proficient in client communication and high work-ethic

- Design and Develop Generative AI Solutions using state-of-the art architectures (Transformers, Diffusion, GANs, VAEs etc)

- Implement fine-tuning and prompt engineering strategies for domain-specific use cases.

- Train, validate, and evaluate generative models on large-scale datasets.

- Deploy AI models into production environments ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Leverage hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for model training, inference, and orchestration.

- Utilize managed AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI) for rapid development.

- Prepare and curate datasets for generative tasks, ensuring data quality and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

- Implement pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and augmentation.

- Optimize models for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles, including bias detection and mitigation.

- Implement security best practices for data and model integrity.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, Product Owners) to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Document model design, workflows, and deployment processes for maintainability.
