General Sales & Marketing Senior Professional

Role Overview: You will be supporting the Sales organization and customers in formulating technical solutions for various power quality problems, preparing technical descriptions of products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and acting as a key technical resource in the assigned area. Key Responsibilities: - Support the local Sales organization and customers in finding technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions for power quality requirements - Provide technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations - Contribute to the risk review process and occasionally participate in risk review assessments - Analyze customer needs and competitor offers through market information and input from the Sales organization - Conduct lost proposal analysis, identify potential causes, and recommend future actions in collaboration with Sales/Local Business Unit - Work on enhancing the current sales process with a continuous learning mindset - Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure sales achievement - Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines - Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions and caring for colleagues and the business Qualifications Required: - University degree in electrical engineering with 8-10 years of experience in Power Quality & harmonic studies, and knowledge of power systems - Previous experience in Capacitors, value-based selling, and technical solution sales preferred - Self-starter with continuous learning mindset, good communication skills, power quality and systems knowledge, and strong customer focus - Proven track record of managing and facilitating change - Proficiency in both spoken and written English language Note: This job is open for qualified individuals with disabilities who may request reasonable accommodations for accessibility assistance during the job application process.,
