Job Description

Responsible for managing & leading the accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and compliance with accounting regulations.

Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial planning with operational objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding financial decisions
Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Reporting.
Make sure all controls are complied.
Preparation and finalisation of Financials as per IFRS/IAS/Local GAAP, ensuring accuracy
Co-ordinate & finalise the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors
Make sure SLAs and KPI are complied.
