General Nurse for Saudi Arabia

You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with healthcare standards. This includes conducting thorough patient assessments, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitoring vital signs while reporting any significant changes to the medical team. Additionally, you will assist in wound care and dressings, collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans, and educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention. Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation per regulatory requirements, participating in patient discharge planning and post-discharge follow-up, and providing emotional support to patients and their families are also key aspects of this role. Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the clinical setting, training and mentoring junior nursing staff, and participating in quality improvement initiatives and training programs are essential responsibilities. Managing supplies and equipment necessary for nursing care, carrying out relevant research, and staying updated on best practices in nursing are also part of the job requirements. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) degree, along with an active nursing license recognized in India. Dataflow and Prometric certifications are required, and a minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience is preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, knowledge of current evidence-based nursing practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment are necessary.
