Job Description

MBA in Hospital Management with Minimum 5 Years of Experience. Lead and oversee all hospital administrative and non-clinical operations. Ensure alignment of daily activities with strategic goals and patient care standards. Manage budgeting, cost control, vendor management, and procurement processes. Supervise department heads (HR, Maintenance, Front Office, Billing, etc.). Monitor and improve operational KPIs and patient satisfaction scores. Ensure hospital compliance with NABH, statutory, and regulatory requirements. Drive digital transformation, process improvement, and quality initiatives. Build effective communication between medical staff, administration, and governing bodies.
