Job Description

oversees daily activities to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality patient care by managing staff, budgets, and resources

  • Oversee daily operations:

    Manage and coordinate all non-clinical hospital operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
  • Staff and departmental management:

    Supervise staff and department heads, delegate responsibilities, and address employee concerns and discipline issues.
  • Financial management:

    Develop and manage the hospital's budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Quality and compliance:

    Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and to improve patient satisfaction and quality of care.
  • Strategic planning:

    Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and implement plans to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordination and communication:

    Liaise between departments to ensure efficient workflow and serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders.
  • Patient experience:

    Work to improve the overall patient experience by addressing complaints and streamlining processes.
  • Infrastructure and facilities:

    Ensure the proper maintenance of hospital facilities, equipment, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications and skills
