Job Description

Role & responsibilities Conduct in-process and final quality inspections on products. Monitor and ensure compliance with internal procedures and external standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP). Maintain and update quality documentation, reports, and records. Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to audit findings. Investigate and analyze customer complaints, non-conformities, and quality issues. Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement plans. Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to ensure quality standards are maintained. Train staff on quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Monitor and calibrate measuring equipment to ensure accuracy. Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
