About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager – Service to lead our commercial vehicle service operations. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the service department, managing the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the entire service operations for commercial vehicles.

· Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to customers.

· Lead and guide the service team, including technicians and advisors.

· Plan and implement strategies to improve service revenue and efficiency.

· Monitor workshop productivity, quality checks, and TAT (turnaround time).

· Drive workshop revenue targets, profitability, and operational cost control.

· Track and enhance workshop outstanding recovery and maintain financial discipline.

· Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive retention and repeat business.

· Supervise and report on body shop operations and coordinate with the Body Shop Manager for alignment.

· Handle customer escalations and provide satisfactory resolutions.

· Coordinate with Tata Motors for service updates and process compliance.

· Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

· 6 to 7 years of experience in service operations, preferably in commercial vehicles.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Hands-on experience in managing workshop operations and customer relations.

· Ability to motivate and guide teams towards performance goals.

· Familiarity with Tata Motors systems/processes is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
