1.Designs,plan,implements and manages Sales forecasting ,planning and budgeting processes. 2.Plan,implement and execute the marketing and product promotional extension working consultation with assigned team as per the market requirement 3.Partners with the sales and marketing team to ensure achievements of sales target and marketing requirement , which are in line with companies norms and policies. 4.Provide leadership to the sales organization and support the senior Vice President (M) in implementing organization that appropriately reflect and to achieve the business goals 5.Responsible for assigning sales force target and ensuring the firm's financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels. 6.Partners with senior leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement . Ensures sales reports and other internal intelligence is Provided to the management . 7.Facilitates successful implementation of new product Launch by ensuring a well defined, efficient sales process is in place for launch. 8.Works closely with the senior leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success . Aligns reporting , training, and incentive programs with these performance management priorities 9.Stage one trials in Farm and Farmers field -Tamil Nadu & Karnataka 10. Technical support to the sales and Marketing team-Large plot trials 6.Regulatory Trials data generation and Registration of products in CIB. 11.Group farmers, Dealers & Distributors meeting for New products showcasing 8.Extensively Traveling to do all the trials
