We are partnering with a reputed client in the tile and building materials industry to onboard a General Manager – Sales who will drive P\&L, revenue, team leadership, and market expansion across Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.

🎯 This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the Director – Sales (South Zone), ideal for someone who has deep market knowledge in AP & TN and is ready to scale growth in a pre-IPO company.

 Key Highlights:

 👥 Team: Leading Sr. RSMs, ASMs, and Sales Executives

💼 Responsibility: Full Sales & Distribution Ownership + P\&L

🏭 Industry Fit: Mandatory – Tiles / Ceramics / Building Materials

🌐 Company: 12+ manufacturing units | PAN India retail presence-

### 🔍 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 15+ years of sales experience, including 5+ in a regional leadership role

✔️ Strong command over Andhra Pradesh & Tamil Nadu dealer/distributor ecosystems

✔️ Proven team management & revenue ownership

✔️ Graduate with MBA preferred

✔️ Knowledge of Telugu or Tamil is a big advantage

✔️ Currently based in or willing to relocate to Vijayawada or Chennai
