General Manager (Sales & Marketing) Perfumes

As a General Manager (Sales & Marketing) for Perfumes, your role will involve leading the end-to-end Sales and Marketing operations for perfumes. Your primary objectives will be to build and scale the Perfume category for the organization. Your key responsibilities will include developing an overall product and marketing strategy for perfumes, engaging with multiple sales formats to drive product placement and revenue growth, conducting competitive scans, overseeing consumer research, collaborating with branding and communication agencies, innovating on packaging formats, working with perfume vendors for sourcing and development, designing and executing sales promotion plans, and driving sales tie-ups and partnerships to boost market penetration. Qualifications Required: - MBA in Marketing (mandatory) Experience Required: - 15-20 years of total experience in Sales & Marketing - 8-10 years must be in the perfume industry - Strong understanding of premium and luxury segments Key Skills & Competencies: - Thorough knowledge of the perfume industry (product, packaging, pricing, competition, market trends) - Strategic thinking and execution capabilities - Excellent communication and analytical skills - Creative mindset for branding, packaging, and product innovations In this role, you will be expected to engage with key internal stakeholders such as Packaging, Product Development, Logistics & Supply, and Costing, as well as key external stakeholders including Distributors and Retailers, Branding Agencies, Perfume Vendors, and Research Agencies.,
