General Manager-Sales & Marketing

The role of GM- Sales & Marketing in our Sales & Marketing department requires an experienced professional with 5 to 10 years of industry experience and strong leadership qualities. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the Sales & Marketing operations across all locations. This role is pivotal in industries such as banking, wealth management, luxury car sales, insurance, etc. Your key responsibilities and duties will include: - Demonstrating hands-on experience in developing Marketing and Sales strategies. - Leading Direct Sales, Channel Sales, and Corporate tie-up activities for commercial projects. - Creating and implementing plans for Direct & Channel Sales activities, including forecasting market needs. - Identifying key market segments and devising a Market positioning plan to target these segments effectively. - Analyzing campaign responses in comparison to sales and adjusting sales plans accordingly. - Driving the generation of new business opportunities for the organization. The ideal candidate for this position should hold an MBA/PGDM degree, with a specialization in Sales & Marketing. A minimum of 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience is required. Additionally, possessing good communication and interpersonal skills is essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position based in Karol Bagh, Delhi, with a day shift schedule.
