Job Description

The General Manager (GM) Sales in a real estate company is responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, revenue generation, and team leadership for residential or commercial real estate projects. They work closely with marketing, CRM, and business development teams to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and execute sales strategies for real estate projects. Set sales targets and monitor performance across teams. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and manage the sales team. Motivate team members and ensure performance alignment with company goals. Client Relations Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, investors, and channel partners. Ensure smooth client experience from inquiry to possession. Revenue Management Monitor project-wise sales and revenue targets. Drive pricing strategy in coordination with the management. Market Analysis Conduct competitor analysis, market trends, and customer preferences to optimize offerings. Collaboration Work with marketing for lead generation campaigns and events. Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations to facilitate deal closures. Key Skills & Requirements: Minimum 10–15 years of experience in real estate sales. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
