Job Description

We are looking for a skilled General Manager to lead our Quality Assurance and Quality Control team at Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Ensure all quality systems are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing quality assurance and quality control functions.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve quality-related issues.
Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance is essential.
