General Manager- Project & Commercial

Role Overview: As a Project Manager in this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution. This includes developing and managing schedules, budgets, internal approvals, design and construction document production, RFP processes, construction, MEP, furniture, and moves. Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are executed within defined schedules and budgets. You will oversee all aspects related to planning, design, and construction, ensuring coordination to obtain the Occupancy Certificate. Your duties will also involve reviewing proposed plans and construction documents to identify value engineering and cost reduction opportunities. Additionally, you will manage the annual capital planning process and coordinate with Construction Managers and the Supply Chain department to select vendors for outsourced services. Key Responsibilities: - Manage project execution, including schedule, budget, approvals, and coordination - Review plans and construction documents for cost-saving opportunities - Coordinate tendering processes and engage competent vendors - Analyze plans and specifications to provide clear interpretations for construction - Plan, manage, and coordinate workspace modifications in compliance with safety standards - Chair project meetings with consultants and internal partners - Update senior management on project progress - Lead the project from inception to completion Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Fluent in English communication - Proficient in report writing and senior management presentations - Experience in handling multiple vendors - Strong team leadership abilities Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring in-person work at the designated location.,
