Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Sales to lead the polymer sales operations for the NCR region.
The role involves developing the business, managing the sales team, coordinating with GAIL (India) Ltd., and ensuring achievement of sales and collection targets through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Head the polymer sales operations in the NCR region under the GAIL agency business.
  • Manage and guide the Sales Managers and Sales Officers to achieve regional sales and collection targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (plastic processors, converters, and industrial buyers).
  • Coordinate regularly with GAIL (India) Ltd. for pricing, allocations, supply schedules, and reporting.
  • Identify and onboard new customers and ensure consistent business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, inventory, and order fulfillment in coordination with internal teams.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reviews for management.
  • Drive team performance through regular reviews, training, and motivation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
