General Manager - Operations & Performance (Virtual Role)

We are seeking a highly proactive General Manager to oversee the performance and operations of all company departments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflows, monitor departmental outputs, manage manpower, and address any process inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly analyze and track performance of all company departments.
• Manage departmental manpower efficiently.
• Identify bottlenecks or issues in processes and implement corrective measures.
• Conduct continuous monitoring of each team to ensure targets and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with HR for hiring and team expansion.
• Report key findings and updates to senior management.
• Maintain operational efficiency and optimize workflows across departments.
