Role Description

This is a full-time, on-field Manager role based out of Thrissur with extensive travel across South India (primarily Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka).
The Manager will be responsible for driving marketing and business development activities, expanding the client base, and strengthening relationships with retailers and partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to increase brand presence and sales.
• Visiting clients, retailers, and potential partners across different cities to promote Meenakshi Diamonds’ products.
• Identifying new business opportunities and building strong, long-term client relationships.
• Coordinating with the design and production teams to align client requirements with product offerings.
• Conducting market research to understand trends, competition, and customer preferences.
• Representing the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events.
• Ensuring smooth coordination between the marketing, sales, and head office teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation and client-handling abilities.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively across states for marketing and client visits.
• Strategic mindset with a result-driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Leadership and team coordination skills are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
