Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee overall operations of our serviced suites/hotel
The role involves ensuring exceptional guest experience, managing staff, supervising daily operations, and driving business growth through efficient management and strategic decision-making

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of serviced suites/hotel Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and hospitality
Manage front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and vendor operations
Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain service quality
Monitor occupancy, revenue targets, budgeting, and cost control Implement operational SOPs and ensure compliance with safety & quality standards
Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve revenue and occupancy
Maintain property hygiene, upkeep, and preventive maintenance planning
Prepare operational reports and present performance metrics to management
Managing operation for serviced suites/hotel.
