General Manager Hospitality

• Current Openings for Thrissur Mannuthy & Kumbalangi (Cochin)
• Oversee day-to-day resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Recreation departments.
• Ensure smooth coordination between all departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor operational standards, cleanliness, and service quality across the property.
• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all department
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints and feedback.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
• Analyze revenue performance and operational expenses to ensure profitability.
• Monitor purchasing, inventory, and resource allocation to avoid wastage.
• Work closely with the General Manager or Owners on financial planning and reporting.
• nsure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Oversee maintenance and safety of resort facilities and equipment.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement efficiency measures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
