General Manager Finance and Accounts

The General Manager Finance & Accounts reporting to CFO will be responsible for finalizing financial statements, managing internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR), coordinating with external auditors, and leading mergers & acquisitions initiatives. The role ensures compliance with statutory requirements, drives financial efficiency through SAP S/4HANA, and provides strategic leadership to the finance team.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Ensure effective management of ICFR and strengthen governance frameworks.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion of audits.
• Lead mergers & acquisitions activities including evaluation, due diligence, and integration.
• Drive financial process automation and efficiency using SAP S/4HANA.
• Develop and monitor budgets to support business planning and financial control.
• Prepare and review MIS (Management Information Systems) reports for timely and accurate decision-making support.
• Direct & Indirect Taxation.

• Strong expertise in budgeting, MIS, and audit management.

• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex financial data and support decision-making.

Desired Profile:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 12+ years of progressive work experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
