Role Overview As a senior commercial leader at Scimplify, your primary responsibility will be to lead the expansion of the company into North America. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic sales and export plans for North America focusing on key chemical verticals. - Drive business development and client acquisition activities to establish Scimplify's presence in the region. - Establish and expand partnerships with distributors and key clients to ensure recurring and sustainable business relationships. - Increase revenue through market penetration, upselling, and implementing structured account management practices. - Create operational and compliance frameworks that align with international trade and regulatory standards. - Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and competitive dynamics within the chemical sector to uphold market leadership. Qualifications - Possess 10+ years of demonstrated experience in international sales, business development, or leadership roles within the chemical industry. - Have a strong understanding of North American chemical markets, customer applications, and regulatory frameworks. - Show a track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue and market expansion targets. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of chemical applications in pharmaceutical, agrochemical, industrial, or personal/home care verticals. - Exhibit exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ideally, have a well-established network of distributors and clients in North America. - Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to establish and grow new business units in fast-paced environments. - Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration; an MBA is preferred.,
